Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased through The Handy Mom.

Digital Products

Our products are primarily digital. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped. Because digital products can be accessed electronically, they cannot be returned like physical goods.

Refund Eligibility

Except where required by applicable law, digital purchases are generally final once delivered, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available. We may review requests involving duplicate charges or purchases, corrupted or materially defective files that we cannot replace, technical problems attributable to our store that we cannot resolve, products materially different from their descriptions, or situations where a refund is required by law.

Change of Mind

We generally do not provide refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, expected an unadvertised feature, lacks reasonably disclosed required technology, does not use the product, or experiences normal printing or color differences.

Cancellations

Digital orders may become accessible shortly after payment, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed after purchase. Contact support@thehandymom.com as soon as possible if you purchased in error.

Technical Problems

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, contact us before requesting a refund. We may provide troubleshooting, restore access, or supply a replacement. If a material defect cannot reasonably be resolved, we may issue a refund where appropriate.

Requesting Assistance or a Refund

Email support@thehandymom.com with your full name, order number, purchase email, product name, explanation of the issue, and relevant screenshots when appropriate.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, and payment method.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or overrides consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited.
