Personal Use & Digital Product License

This License explains how digital products purchased from The Handy Mom may and may not be used. It applies unless a product page or separate written license expressly provides different terms.

Ownership

Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use it according to this License. Your purchase does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual-property rights to you.

Personal Use License

Unless otherwise stated, the original purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

What You May Do

Download the purchased product for personal use.
Save permitted copies to personal devices or private storage.
Print products described as printable for personal use.
Reprint printable products for your own personal use.
Fill in or use products for their intended personal purpose.
Edit a product when the product description specifically states that editing is permitted.

What You May Not Do

Resell or redistribute digital products.
Share files with third parties.
Give files away for free.
Upload files where others can access or download them.
Sublicense or transfer your license.
Claim products or designs as your own.
Sell printed copies.
Create substantially similar commercial products from our protected content.
Include files in bundles, memberships, courses, subscriptions, giveaways, or resource libraries distributed to others.
Use products for print-on-demand.
Upload or distribute products through another marketplace.

Commercial Use

Standard products are not licensed for commercial use unless a product page or separate written license expressly states otherwise. Purchasing does not grant commercial-use, resale, private-label, master-resale, or redistribution rights.

Workplace and Group Use

Personal use at work does not permit distribution to coworkers, employees, clients, customers, students, organization members, or others. Separate licensing may be required for team, classroom, organizational, professional, or business-wide use.

Editable Products

Permission to edit for personal use does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit the edited version.

Unauthorized Distribution

Where we reasonably believe our products are being unlawfully copied, sold, distributed, or used in violation of this License, we may take appropriate action to protect our rights.

Product-Specific Licenses

We may offer different licenses in the future, such as household, classroom, professional, team, or commercial licenses. Where a separate product-specific license conflicts with this standard License, the specific license will control.
