Digital Products

The Handy Mom primarily sells digital products including planners, trackers, templates, checklists, printable files, worksheets, organizational resources, and other downloadable content. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical product will be shipped or mailed.

How Products Are Delivered

After successful payment, access is provided electronically. Depending on the product and delivery system, access may be provided through a download page, order confirmation, email, customer account, download link, or another electronic method described during purchase.

Delivery Time

Many digital products may become available shortly after payment. Access can occasionally be delayed due to payment processing, security checks, technical issues, email delivery problems, maintenance, or circumstances outside our immediate control.

Didn't Receive Your Product?

Confirm payment, check the email used at checkout, review spam and junk folders, and review your order confirmation. If you still cannot access your purchase, contact support@thehandymom.com with your order number.

File Formats and Requirements

Formats vary by product and may include PDFs, images, editable templates, compressed files, or other digital formats. Customers are responsible for reviewing product-specific requirements before purchasing.

Downloading and Saving Files

We recommend downloading and securely saving purchased files to your personal device or storage location after receiving access.

Technical Problems

If a file is damaged, incomplete, or inaccessible, contact support@thehandymom.com with your order number, purchase email, product name, description of the problem, and screenshots where available.

Printing

If a product is described as printable, it may be printed for permitted personal use. Printed results may vary by printer, ink, paper, settings, and printing provider.

Licensing

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property. Unless otherwise stated, products are for the purchaser's personal use and subject to our Personal Use & Digital Product License.

Refunds

Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
